Synaccess Networks Inc designs and manufactures Remote Power Distribution Systems that comply with requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.
The RoHS directive prohibits hazardous heavy metal materials such as mercury, cadmium, lead and hexavalent chromium, and flame retardants such as polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) in electrical and electronic equipment, except where it is exempted.
Based on information obtained from our component suppliers, this document certifies that no Synaccess Network products, unless otherwise specified, contain substances exceeding Maximum Concentration Values per the requirements of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union's "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" Directive citation 2011/65/EU-RoHS II and Directive EU 2015/863-RoHS III.
This declaration refers to the products listed in Table 1 (RoHS Standard Compliant Product List). We hereby declare that the products listed in the appendix are to the best of our knowledge in accordance with the European Union Directive(EU) 2015/863 (RoHS III), and do not intentionally contain RoHS restricted substances above the maximum allowable limits.

Products containing the substances listed in the table above, in concentrations below the maximum limits, are understood to be in compliance with Directive (EU) 2015/863 RoHS III of the European Parliament on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronics equipment.
Based on our best knowledge and current supplier information, Synaccess Networks products do not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) under the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) per the ECHA/PR/12/2016 and previous updates.
